Any kind of rock and roll and short listing stocks in the actionable section has the highest probability when PAD is 80+ 20- and in all other cases scanner is the place to pick stocks. Be it OP or IPO avoid.
When MM SA and PAD SA are out of sync then open long or let's say in opposite directions only when PAD numbers are clear like 70-30.
Actionable setups that are prepared out of market hours have highest probability of working when PAD is too good else it's not worth it as win rate is too low if you're doing this.
2nd statement - for example MM says bearish and PAD says bullish then it's out of sync so, only act when PAD is 70 plus. If 70+ then it's clear turn around else its dead cat bounce.
